Myrtle Baker

Myrtle Taylor Baker of Seguin, Texas peacefully entered into eternal rest on Friday, July 26, 2019 at the age of 91. She was born to Albert Calhoun Taylor and Mabel E. Hargreaves Taylor on March 26, 1928 in Menard, Texas.

Myrtle is preceded in death by both of her parents, siblings, Ophelia Fink, Clinton Taylor, William Edison Taylor and Henry Taylor and her husband, Vaulter Franklin Baker.

She is survived by her children, Cathy Louise Baker Kessler and John Franklin Baker; grandchildren, Amy Leigh Kaptsenel and Charles Frederick Kessler; great- grandchildren, Callie Louise Kessler and Lily Mae Kessler.
Myrtle was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed. She enjoyed sewing, reading and playing Bingo.
Funeral service will be held at Goetz Memorial Chapel on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Following the conclusion of the service the family will meet at the City of Runge Cemetery 5 46th St, in Runge, TX 78151
