Richard Lee Kaczor, age 44, of Seguin, Texas, passed away on April 5, 2026, in Seguin.
Richard was born on August 29, 1981, in Farmington Hills, Michigan, to Michael and Faye Decair Kaczor. He spent his youth in Southern California, where he met and married his beloved wife, Brenna.
Together, they made the journey to Texas when their children were very young, seeking a better quality of life. They purchased a small ranch outside of Seguin, where they created a homestead filled with animals, open space, and the joys of a country lifestyle—something Rick took great pride in building for his family.
Richard will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and beloved friend. He was an incredibly hard worker—someone you could always count on to show up, get the job done, and give his very best. He was respected, appreciated, and cared for by his fellow employees at Balfour Beatty, where his dedication and work ethic truly stood out.
Rick loved his beautiful wife, Brenna, and his children, Khloe Leigh and Wyatt James, with all of his heart. Above everything, he strove to create a loving, joyful home filled with fun, laughter, and adventure. His family was his greatest pride and purpose.
Rick had a passion for motocross and loved working on and restoring cars, boats, and motorcycles. He was the kind of man who could fix anything and was always the one others turned to for help. At motocross races, he was known for stepping in to help young riders—repairing bikes and lending a hand whenever it was needed. He made a difference in countless small but meaningful ways.
He loved to travel, fish, and camp, and he was a constant presence in his children’s lives, supporting them in all their activities, including motocross, barrel racing, football, softball, and volleyball. Whether cheering from the sidelines or jumping in to help, Rick was always there—fully present and giving his all.
He was truly the heart and head of his household, a steady, loving force who will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Brenna; his children, Khloe Leigh and Wyatt James; his father, Michael Kaczor; and numerous extended family members and friends who will cherish his memory.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Faye Decair Kaczor.
