Ramiro Campos passed away on August 24, 2025. He was born on December 11, 1956 in San Antonio, Texas to Victor Campos, Sr. and Rosa Prado Campos.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Victor Campos Sr. and Rosa Prado Campos, his brothers Fernando, Jaime and Victor Campos Jr.
Ram dedicated many years to his work at Campbell Floors, where he became a true master of flooring installation. Outside of work, he was often seen driving around town in his green Toyota Tacoma, enjoying his freedom and familiar routes. He had a deep love for classic rock, western movies, cooking shows and watching MeTV. After retiring, Ram remained active by walking every day, getting his steps in at Walmart and H-E-B. Known for his sense of humor, he loved cracking jokes and making people laugh. Above all, Ram cherished his family and the many friendships he built throughout his life.
Ram is survived by his siblings: Richard Campos, Yolanda Cordero (Rafael), Dolores Hernandez (Fidencio), Linda Gil (Ricky), Sandra Chavez; sister-in-law, Virginia Campos; and his niece and nephew who were like siblings to him, Veronica San Miguel (Johnny) and Josh Gonzales. He is also lovingly remembered by many other nieces and nephews.
Services honoring Ramiro will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Seguin. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. with the Holy Rosary recited at 10:00 a.m. and the Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park.
