Pablo F. Sosa was a dedicated Husband, Father, Grandfather and Brother. He was commonly known by family and friends as "Boss Man" or "El Prieto." He was the oldest of 18 children and with a 3rd grade education, he worked very hard to provide for his family by working in the fields, then starting out as a laborer in the concrete industry and working up to retiring as a concrete superintendent. There are several bridges, sidewalks and other structures that show all his hard work all over the state of Texas. His hard work and dedication to his family allowed him to enjoy the simple pleasures of life. He was a man of faith and took pride in instilling those values into his children. He was a humble man that did not let the events of life get him down and was always worry free. He was well known and left an impact on those he met. Spending quality time with friends and loved ones, often going on fishing trips, running to the store for a scratch ticket, cruising around the park counting turtles, relishing the thrills of high-octane drag racing, tractor pull events, or playing Spanish bingo, he embraced every moment with happiness and enjoyment. And among the laughter, family, and friendship, there was always a cold Miller High Life in hand, a true testament to his appreciation for the finer moments shared with those closest to him. His smile, infectious laughter, values, and legacy will live on forever. Our hearts are heavy; however, the love and memories will live on in everyone that he encountered. We can find peace knowing that he is comfortable and reunited with his wife Mary Sosa.
