Maria Perez

Maria Perez of Seguin, Texas went home to be with the Lord on May 9, 2020 at the age of 90. She was born on May 16, 1929 in Seguin, Texas to Francisco Estrada and Antonia (Leal) Estrada.

Maria lived a long, beautiful and full life full of love. She was very loving, caring and patient. She loved gardening, garage sales and cooking. Maria will be deeply missed by her family and all of those who had the pleasure of knowing her in their life.

She is now reunited with both her mother and father; her loving husband, Tomas Perez; her son: Crecencio Perez; great-grandson: Ernest Saenz Jr. and her sister: Frances Rosas.

Left to cherish and honor her memory are her daughters: Maria Elena Murphy (Byron Murphy †) and Susie DeLeon; sister: Christina Estrada; 7-grandchildren, 8-great-grandchildren and 1-nephew, Rene Estrada. Maria is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

At this time due to the current restriction a limited visitation for family will be held at Goetz Funeral Home on Friday, May 15, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with a procession to follow to Santo Tomas Cemetery promptly at 12:15 p.m.
