Maria Hernandez

Maria Claudia Romero de Hernandez of Seguin, passed away on September 14th 2018 at the age of 78.

She was born and raised in Obayos Coahuila, Mexico, on June 26, 1940 to Merardo Romero and Agustina Barron. She is preceded in death by her parents, siblings: Jaime Romero and Griselda Romero.

Survivors include her husband, Benjamin Hernandez Gil, children; Benjamin Hernandez Jr., Luz Mireles, Ramon Hernandez, Maria Medellin, Jesus Hernandez, Jose Hernandez, Claudia Garcia, and Arturo Hernandez. Siblings Guillermina Romero and Hervey Romero; 22 grandkids and 11 great-grandchildren.

Maria was a wonderful and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed having friends, and was known by "Ms. Maria, The Avon Lady". She was a great cook, an awesome singer, and a very friendly woman. We want to thank all of our family and friends as well for being with us during these painful moments.
