Lucille Mosley

Lucille Wilke Mosley, 92, of Seguin, passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at her residence. She was born in Ottine, Texas on December 27, 1926 to Friedrich and Helene (Puhlmann) Wilke.

Lucille enjoyed going to bingo as well as gardening. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and a friend to everyone she met. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

She is survived by her sons, H.L. Mosley and wife Glenda of Montgomery, Steve Mosley and wife Linda of Madisonville; daughter, Candyce Mosley-Kempner; grandchildren, Jennifer, Kristi, Mike,Tammy, Adam, Allen, Robert, Tiffany; great-grandchildren, Shea, Mallory, Kaitlyn, Revin, Timmy, Zak, Olivia, Elizabeth, Sebastien and Breana; and her sisters, Ida Mae Schulz, Rose Marie Kaiser, Elsie Retzloff, and Ruby Weiding.

Lucille is preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Lloyd Mosley; her parents; grandson, Ronnie Mosley Jr.; sisters, Doris Wilke, Lillian Sadowski; and brothers, Marvin, Benno and Roland Wilke.

A gathering of Lucille's family and friends will begin at 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Goetz Memorial Chapel 713 N. Austin St. in Seguin. Funeral Service will be at 2:00 p.m., on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at Emanuel's Lutheran Church 206 N. Travis St. in Seguin with Interment to follow at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park in New Braunfels.

Arrangements are under the direction of Goetz Funeral Home in Seguin.
