Leslie Ann Goodboy

Leslie Ann Goodboy entered eternal rest on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, in Seguin, Texas at the age of 45. She was born on January 24, 1981, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Walter Goodboy and Sarah (Scholl) Goodboy.

Leslie will be remembered for her ability to brighten the lives of those around her. She was always eager to share a joke or story that would bring laughter and a smile to anyone's face. Leslie held a deep admiration for outer space and the cosmos and constantly sought to learn more about its wonders. She found joy in exploring the vastness of the universe, and her passion for space flight enriched her life.

Leslie is survived by her devoted husband, Brent Frye. She also leaves behind her parents, Phil and Sarah Goodboy; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Kelly Goodboy; nephews, Brian and Colin Goodboy; uncle and aunt, Robert and Mindy Scholl, uncle and aunt, John and Dorothy Papson; cousins, Bethany Scholl-Lavery, Brooke Weaver, and Bill Papson.

Leslie will be deeply missed but forever cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Services honoring Leslie will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at St. James Catholic Church in Seguin, Texas. The Holy Rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m. followed by the Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. A reception will follow in the St. James Parish Hall.
