Evelyn Newman

August 30, 1931 — July 24, 2018

Evelyn Rose Newman of Seguin passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at the age of 86.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 Monday, July 30, 2018 at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park under the direction of Goetz Funeral Home.

She was born in Shiner, Texas. She recently retired from serving 32 years as a volunteer at Guadalupe Valley Regional Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Newman, daughter Anna Lynn Dietert, and her parents Joe and Anna Janda.

Survivors include her sister Dorothy Bender, nieces Susan Sembera, Deborah Helton, and Kim Piekert.
