Elizabeth Lozano Castellanos passed away peacefully on July 5, 2025, at the age of 90. Born on September 17, 1934, in Seguin, Texas, she was the beloved daughter of Isaias and Adela Lozano.

In 1953, Elizabeth—affectionately known as Liz—married Hermilo “Milo” Castellanos, the love of her life. Together, they shared 57 devoted years of marriage, raising a family rooted in love and faith. She is survived by their two sons, Terry Castellanos and his wife Elise, and Hermilo “Milo” Castellanos Jr. and his wife Robin.

Liz's legacy lives on through her cherished grandchildren: Daniel Castellanos, Sarah Castellanos, Lauren Castellanos, and Gabrielle Rosales.

She was preceded in death by her sisters Herminia Rodriguez, Elodia Garcia, and Adele Quintanilla; her brothers Eleazar Lozano and Nabor Lozano; and her granddaughter Carina Castellanos.

Family and friends are invited to a public visitation at Goetz Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 15, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, July 16, at 10:00 a.m. at La Trinidad Church, followed by interment at San Geronimo Cemetery.

Elizabeth will be remembered for her deep devotion to family, her gentle spirit, and the love she shared with all who knew her.
