Edward "Eddie" Wall

Edward “Eddie” John Wall was born October 3, 1948 to Roger and Clara Wall in Doylin, Louisiana.

Eddie was a loving husband, father, stepfather, brother, and grandpa. He proudly served the United States Army for 20 years and was honorably discharged in the 1980s. Eddie was a big fan of fishing, watching wrestling, football, and most of all, he enjoyed a cold beer.

Eddie slipped away peacefully to be with the Lord on March 16, 2022. Eddie is preceded in death by his parents, Roger James Wall and Clara Jane Wall; brother, Roger Wall, and sister, Sandy.

Left to cherish his memory is his devoted wife, Linda Francis Wall; daughters, Sandra Obermier (Dirk) of Germany and Seneca Francis (Ramon Mosqueda); sons, Domingo Valdez (Brittney) and Logan Johnson (Jennifer); grandchildren, Jenny, John David, Azia, Nevaeha, Daveon, Robert, Isaiah, and Aarlyn Monae.

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Goetz Funeral Home. Officiating will be District Elder Leonard Fennell and Pastor Kevin Williams. On Tuesday, April 12, 2022 a Funeral Procession will depart Goetz Funeral Home at 12:45 p.m. for Committal Services at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 1:45 p.m.
